St Lawrence series 2008
I remember as harsh winter conditions as I have ever experienced. This trip took me to both the north and south sides of the mouth of the Saint Lawrence River in mid winter. My wanderings led me onto some of the Islands east of Montreal as well. I remember the warmth of an authentic french bakery in a tiny sea side town of a few houses and looking out at the ice crunching in the river and back behind me an all white church alone in a field, a simple view of white on white for as far as you could see.
